Chat Service from Librarians is now 24 Hours a Day
Now you can chat late in the night with librarians from Ohio. The OhioLINK chat reference service, which supports Otterbein, will refer you to the 24 hour statewide KnowItNow when the last OhioLINK librarian closes our chat service for the night.
KnowItNow serves all of Ohio and is funded by the State Library of Ohio. These 61 'After Dark' librarians are experienced, professional librarians from the Cleveland area. They will have access to some Otterbein library resources and they will know that you have been referred from the OhioLINK chat site.
