Ohio House of Representatives Candidate Debate in library
On September 29, 2004 at 7:00pm on the second floor in the Otterbein College Courtright Memorial Library, there will be a political debate involving representatives from the Democrat, Green, and Republican parties. The debate is open to the public.
The candidates running for the Ohio House of Representatives who will be involved in this debate include incumbent Republican Larry Flowers, Green Party Richard Otten, and Democrat Antoine Wright. These candidates are from the 19th District, which includes Otterbein College and most of Westerville.
The purpose of the debate is to give voters the opportunity to discuss issues with their candidates, as well as raise political awareness and voter turnout for the November 2nd election. Voter registration forms will also be available.
